My name is Joyce. When I'm not working full-time in higher education I am spending quality time with my family, reading books, or daydreaming about all the places I'd like to visit. I enjoy reading most genres, my favorites being fantasy (high, sci-fi, NA, YA, etc.), contemporary romance, and thrillers. 

I have my Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, master's in Career Counseling, and bachelor's degree in Ethnic Studies. Additionally, I've completed Poynter Institute's Introductory Editing Certificate. 

Interactions and conversations with authors helped me realize there is a significant need for literary editing services, especially for first-time independent (indie) authors. Not just quality editing services, but also payment plans. My goal is to offer collaborative and superior editing services. Let's get started!
