ReJoyce Editing Options

I can provide a full swath of valuable edits to include copy, line, and developmental, as well as proofreading, through an ideally collaborative process. 

"First book special" is the package price for an author's first book editing experience with ReJoyce.

Payment plans are available.

An editing a la carte pricing guide is available upon Inquiry Form submission. 

Here is a quick breakdown of each type of edit: 

Developmental edits: This is a macro view of your manuscript that considers consistency, flow, plot holes, character arcs, and overall quality. 

Copy and Line edits (sometimes known as stylistic): Copy edits and line edits often impact the other, and as such, at ReJoyce, they are done in tandem. This includes a more detailed review of your manuscript to include assessment of prose, tense, readability, meaning making, and/or sentence structure, as well as grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice, etc.

Proofreading: This is all about the final details along with one last opportunity to catch any pesky typos and/or punctuation and grammar errors. 

SCRIBE

ReJoyce Literary Editing, in partnership with Alchemy Edit, offers a collaborative service known as SCRIBE (Skilled Collective of Refined Independent Book Editors). Together, we provide a seamless editorial experience to support you throughout your journey to publication.
